The Job:
We need someone to step into the role of Release Manager to help our company in the transition to agile culture. The Release Manager role is essential for execution and completion of our technology projects. RM communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, drive relentless improvement and assist thee teams in delivering value.
Main Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the delivery of value through the delivery channels defined in Securitas Direct.
- Establish with the areas / domains and communicate the annual Release calendar.
- Coordinate and facilitate the preparation of the complete PI Planning, collecting the information of the different equipment (PI's of the development teams, testing team, PMs...), in order to avoid conflicts of environments, components and dependencies between different delivery windows/iniciatives.

Track the delivery in each of the milestones defined in the process and provide information / publication to the different teams involved.

Executive reporting of the delivery tracking.

Coordinate risks and dependencies between the different initiatives/releases (at the initiative level and at the component level).

Coordinate decision-making associated with merges / desmerges from the technical point of view, guaranteeing alignment of the delivery with the strategy and prioritization in Technology.
- Facilitate scaling and encourage collaboration between the different teams involved (development teams, testing, environments, deployment, exploitation ...).
- Help in the training of teams, Scrum Masters and PMs in practices and mentalities Lean-Agile.

Improve the delivery process, and its agility, as well as the definition of new metrics.
Requisitos
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in STEM (Telecom, Computer, Industrial, Electronics, Automatics or similar).
- 5+ years of experience with Software Development Lifecycle
- Demonstrated at least 1 years’ experience in similar position as a Release Manager.
- Project management experience (waterfull & agile).
- Good understanding of Agile practices.
- Advanced knowledge in Software Development.
- Good level of English.
- Reliability - ability to produce work of very high quality on a timely manner, ability to priorities and handle multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution.
- Ability to Listen and support teams in problem identification and decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence.
- Excellent interpersonal skill (understand and empathize with others, create an environment of mutual influence).
- Ability to work in a changing environment.
- Good project management skills, comfortable to lead through influencing.
- Resilience: ability to recover from or adjust easily to minsfortune or change.
