We are looking for an intern to be in our operations department.
Responsibilities:
- Map/define processes/capabilities needed to deliver the services according with business objective, customer experience and risk appetite.
- Document processes according with global framework.
- Analyze the possibilities offered by the technical platform for achieving the maximum level of harmonization.
- Individuate the gaps among reference process and local needs, measure their impact and elaborate recommendations individuating tactical and target solutions.
- Where sourcing opportunities are emerging support the building of centralized capabilities where feasible.
