We are looking for a Digital Analyst. His role is being responsible of defining the Digital analytics strategy to monitor and increase the digital traffic, improve digital conversion rates and customer experience in all the devices.
 
To be successful in this role you will have to demonstrate an advanced knowledge of marketing and web analytics and reporting/dashboards tools, both knowledge on industry standards as well as the ability to develop inventive workarounds to get the job done. Experience in the following tools is required:

  • Broad experience in web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics (preferred) or Google AnalyticsAdvanced knowledge of Digital Marketing and online media.
  • Dashboard visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Microstrategy, Datorama.
  • Knowledge on Analitical solutions such as SQL (in order to explore the clickstream data in our database), R or SAS.
  • Advanced usage of MS Office tools, especially Excel, for day-to-day work, dashboards and reporting
  • And potentially other related marketing tools such as personalization, DMP and Tag Manager tools

In your role, you will also be responsible for a range of other tasks including:

  • Champion data-driven decision-making in your team and throughout the company.
  • Setting up main analytical KPIs for the different segments and devices.
  • Elaborating advance dashboards and data-supported conclusions cross checking the data from different data sources.
  • Tracking and measuring the main business KPIs through web browsing and visitors behaviours analysis in the different devices.
  • Generating insights and improvements for the conversion funnels to optimize the web performance
  • Deeply analysing pain points and heat maps to set next steps with the CRO and Digital Strategyst
  • Real-time monitoring of the media campaigns performance
  • Supporting users to understand the conclusions  
  • Training and monitoring users to empower Media and Management control teams in the use of the Web analytics tool
  • Debugging and improving our existing implementation of Adobe Analytics as well as the integration with other marketing tools
  • Dealing with our external implementation agency and with Adobe to improve the tool outcome
 
 
As a Digital Analyst, you will also need:
 
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Statistics, Math or Engineering.
  • Previous experience (3-5 YRS) in web analytics.
  • Solid analytical and statistical decision-making skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel, Adobe Marketing Cloud or Google Analytics.
  • Very good English language.
  • Proactive, challenger and team player who ensures a continuous knowledge sharing.
