We have more branches at more airports worldwide than any other car rental company, and Hertz is one of the Top 100 most recognised global.Across Spain we employ around 300 people with over 15 different nationalities and we’re currently looking for a Sales support based at Madrid Las Rozas.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Complete corporate bids and tender documents (RFP, RFQ & RFI)
Create and update Hertz Spain pricing proposals
Create and maintain updated rates for the Sales Team
Creating/Deleting and amending Contract
Accrual management.
Purchase Orders and payments management
Credit management
Process new accounts
Rate Implementation management
Claim management
Produce presentation
Contract administration management
Production-development of reports with rental information on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. That goes for all, from the customer to Account Manager
level right up to Director of Sales and General Manager
Design and production of sales dashboards
Knowledge
English, intermediate level
Proficiency in CRM tools (i.e. SalesForce)
Microsoft Office Excel and Power Point, intermediate level
Skills & Competencies
Ability to work under pressure from multiple (sometimes competing) sources
Open and flexible attitude to rapidly changing prioritieze
Ability to work both in a team and alone
Logical and organized with excellent problem solving skills
