Junior 3PL Account Manager - Spain - Glovo

In this role, you will manage strategic relationships with 3PL providers to optimize fleet performance and unit economics in Spain. You’ll translate data into actions, driving growth and resolving cross-functional challenges to keep the marketplace healthy. You will partner with strategy and data teams to pilot local initiatives, while negotiating commercial terms and ensuring service levels. This high-visibility position offers the chance to shape Glovo’s delivery model and partner ecosystem in a fast-paced environment.

• Own partner relationships and drive regular reviews to align 3PL growth with Glovo objectives
• Analyze fleet KPIs to increase order volumes, remove bottlenecks, and improve partner profitability
• Onboard and promote Glovo tech, features, and processes to partners to optimize operations
• Manage contracts and SLAs, lead renegotiations, ensure high-quality service levels
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Billing, Pricing, Legal, and Ops to resolve issues
• Turn marketplace insights into action by partnering with Strategy & Data on local experiments

• 2 years of experience in Account Management, Operations, or Consulting (delivery/e-commerce/logistics preferred)
• Strong commercial & negotiation skills with ability to handle conversations with business owners
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs to optimize margins and growth
• Proactive and ownership-driven with ability to navigate ambiguity
• Tech-savvy with familiarity with digital tools and dashboards (e.g., Google Sheets, Looker)
• Native/Fluent Spanish and high working proficiency in English
