B2B Sales Specialist/executive | Industrial Sector

At Entaclima S.L., an international company specialized in HVAC, refrigeration, and industrial distribution solutions, we are looking for a B2B Sales Specialist (or Business Development Specialist) to drive our growth in Spain.

If you are passionate about sales, enjoy building long-term business relationships, and want to be part of a growing project, this opportunity is for you.

What will you do?

✅ Acquire and develop new clients across Spain.

✅ Manage and follow up on the sales portfolio.

✅ Present and sell insulated copper and bare copper solutions.

✅ Prepare and follow up on commercial offers.

✅ Identify market opportunities and generate business.

✅ Conduct regular visits to clients and potential customers.

What are we looking for?

✔ University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.

✔ Experience in B2B sales.

✔ Strong negotiation skills and results-oriented mindset.

✔ Proactive, communicative, and goal-driven profile.

✔ Good command of IT tools and CRM systems.

✔ Valid driving license (required).

✔ Availability to travel.

✔ Based in Seville or surrounding areas.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HVAC, industrial distribution, or installation materials sector.

• Experience working with distributors, warehouses, or buying groups.

• English or other languages.
