At Médiaperformances, we are an omnichannel Retail Media agency.

What does that mean? We help advertiser brands and retailers connect with shoppers at the key moment of purchase, combining innovation, data and sustainability. We design and activate advertising campaigns at the point of sale, with a strong focus on measuring campaign effectiveness.

We are a leading Retail Media player in Europe. Our headquarters are based in Paris, France, and we already have subsidiaries in 7 European countries, with more to come.

Your mission

You will play a key role in supporting the growth of Mediaperf Iberian Solutions, the Groups newly established Spanish subsidiary, as part of the Operations team.

You will help us develop our business with our partners, with responsibilities including:

• Being flexible and willing to travel locally and nationally to monitor and support installations, as well as identify new opportunities on the ground
• Actively contributing to the development of the business at national level, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running of operations
• Monitoring operationalisation KPIs for our solutions, identifying issues and proposing appropriate solutions
• Reporting alerts and coordinating with the Country Manager and international teams to share information and ensure effective follow-up
• Regularly monitoring and ensuring the quality of our solutions
• Using Microsoft Office proficiently
• Spanish and English are essential; French is a plus
