Regional Sales Manger – Southern Europe

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and manage key account and distributor relationships across Southern Europe. This role oversees a portfolio of international and local accounts, identifies growth opportunities, and ensures sales and profitability targets are met. It also carries direct people management responsibility, leading and developing one direct report.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and distribution partners
• Negotiate and manage joint business plans, promotional activities and marketing campaigns
• Develop tailored sales strategies to expand market share across the region
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform commercial decisions
• Manage sales forecasting and performance tracking by market
• Coach and develop a direct report, fostering accountability and collaboration
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, with regular travel across the region

Requirements:

• Fluency in Italian, English and Spanish (all three mandatory)
• 10+ years of experience in key account or distributor management, ideally within FMCG, petfood.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets in local/international markets
• Prior people management experience, with strong coaching and leadership skills
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with CRM and sales analytics tools
• Willingness to travel internationally
