What You Will Learn & Do as a Reservations Trainee:
Assist in managing hotel reservations via phone, email, and online channels
Support in handling guest inquiries, providing accurate information about rooms, rates, and services
Learn how to use reservation systems and booking platforms
Help ensure all bookings are correctly entered and updated in the system
Assist in coordinating with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals
Learn to manage cancellations, modifications, and special requests
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional communication style
Observe and apply hotel standards and procedures in all interactions

What are we looking for?
A current university or school student related xqziphu to Hospitality, Tourism, or Business
Fluent in

Spanish and English
Strong communication and organizational skills
Friendly, proactive, and eager to learn
Available for a 6-month full-time internship
Able to sign a collaboration agreement with your school
Legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in a university approved for internships within the EU
