What You Will Learn & Do as a Reservations Trainee:

• Assist in managing hotel reservations via phone, email, and online channels
• Support in handling guest inquiries, providing accurate information about rooms, rates, and services
• Learn how to use reservation systems and booking platforms
• Help ensure all bookings are correctly entered and updated in the system
• Assist in coordinating with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals
• Learn to manage cancellations, modifications, and special requests
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional communication style
• Observe and apply hotel standards and procedures in all interactions

What are we looking for?

• A current university or school student related to Hospitality, Tourism, xsgfvud or Business
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Friendly, proactive, and eager to learn
• Available for a 6-month full-time internship
• Able to sign a collaboration agreement with your school
• Legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in a university approved for internships within the EU
