We are looking for people who can make a tangible positive impact in delivering breakthrough innovation in Research & Development to transform and add value, not only to our Company but the industry itself.

We are a technology team of a fast growing IoT Company and we now have the opportunity for a Team Leader in our Technology Hub in Madrid. The Product Owner role works closely with business owners from discovery to implementation of products, driving Securitas Direct’s strategic vision. Playing a key role as part of an agile development team in defining and shaping projects and approaches to delivery working in a fast-paced customer focused IoT environment.  Vision, road mapping and prioritization will be a key part of daily work, meanwhile you really understand different product necessities, from business to technical.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Stakeholders and Scrum team to develop and prioritise product backlog.
• Work with Scrum Master to ensure requirements are managed in a manner that ensures agile best practices are maintained.
• Translate high-level business requirements/epics into user stories and work as part of agile development team to deliver new products collaborating with stakeholders.
• Help team defining acceptance criteria in every user story.

Required Qualifications:

• Economic Computer Engineering / Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in Process Design and Business Analysis.
• Advanced English
• Defining requirements and creating user stories.
• Experience in working in agile teams, responsive to changing business priorities.
• Experience in stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

Will be a plus:

• Previous experience as a business partner in areas such as Marketing.
• Product Catalogue, CRM, NBA´s experience is a plus
