We run T Cloud Public! T Cloud Public is apublic cloud standardproduct based onopen sourcecommunity softwareand driven byprinciplesofDevSecOps. Lean structures, agile methods, highly motivatedteamsandan extremelydynamic businessenvironmentdetermineour actions. With thiscustomer-orientedand agile orientation, we are the anchor point for the Public Cloud business in Deutsche Telekom Group.

We are measured bydelivering a secure,stableandinnovative platform.We work jointlywith our platform partner and other partnersoutofthe OpenStackecosystemtocreate a highly innovative public cloudproduct based on European security and data protection standards.

We are looking for people who are professionals and evangelists with a great deal of enthusiasm forcloudtechnology and whoare up to the challenges created by the development and operation of a hyper-scale public cloud.

Your Tasks

As anEngineeryou understand the latest developments in cloud and container technology. You will developand enhanceour T Cloud Public platform in a customer-oriented manner:

• Solve complex problems in the daily operation of a hyper-scaler'scloud backend.
• Work hardware-oriented at the console and get your hands "dirty".
• Develop andoperatemonitoring and quality assurance.
• Consistently automate with common automation frameworks.
• Work in a team of specialists where everyone helps each other in an open and trusting manner.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in a technical,engineeringor scientific subject or comparable professional training.
• Experience in IT with a focus on modern cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of software defined networks, routing,firewallsand physical networks.
• Experience in Linux and network related services.
• Knowledge of agile development processes.Ability to assess technical solutions andcome up withcreative approaches.
• OpenStack and programming experience inopen sourceprojects is a plus.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
