Dutch Customer Service Sales Representative

Location: Barcelona or Valencia, Spain

Salary: €20,000 gross/year + up to €2,000 bonus

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Full-time

Are you looking for a new opportunity in Spain with an international company? We are currently hiring Customer Service Sales Representatives to join a dynamic international project based in Barcelona or Valencia.

What You’ll Do

• Provide professional customer service through the appropriate communication channels
• Assist customers with product and service enquiries
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Support customers throughout the purchasing process
• Manage sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets

What We’re Looking For

• Native or fluent Dutch
• Good level of English
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or a similar role is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented and commercially minded approach
• Good problem-solving skills
• Interest in technology and consumer products
• Based in Barcelona or Valencia, or willing to relocate independently
• Availability to start ASAP
