In this role you help shape and develop internal web applications and cloud services for a leading Swiss engineering client. You’ll work closely with experienced developers, handle real tickets, and bring fresh ideas to the table. Expect early responsibility, learning support, and a direct impact on users across Switzerland. This is a growth-focused path where you contribute to features, fixes, and architectural discussions while expanding your skill set.

• Develop and improve the company’s own web application
• Create back-end and front-end solutions

• Support colleagues with IT-related tasks (10–20% of the role)

• Knowledge of Python and JavaScript (B1+)
• Aesthetic focus on both functionality and appearance
• Experience with the Django framework
• Familiarity with APIs around Django
• Interest in data architecture
• Independent, motivated, proactive work style
• Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to ask questions
• English B2 and German B1 (French an advantage)
