In this role you will promote and sell online English courses to a European audience from Barcelona. You will own direct sales in the region, work with a cross-functional team, and drive revenue and student enrollment. You’ll handle inbound and outbound inquiries, qualify leads, and upgrade/renew existing customers to meet targets. This is a fast-growing environment where multilingual communication and a customer-centric approach help you shape the expansion of our online school.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers (no cold calls)
• Upgrade and renew current customers
• Qualify leads and convert them into business opportunities
• Own direct sales in the region to achieve KPIs and sales targets
• Maintain accurate database and records
• Provide excellent customer service and timely responses to client queries

• 1-2 years of sales experience
• Advanced/native level Portuguese
• Additional language (Polish, Dutch) a plus
• English speaking ability at least B2
