IT (Junior) Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors EC & SAP HCM (m/w/d)

As part of our Project Factory, you drive the international rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central for Lidl countries, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions. You bridge SAP HCM PA/OM with SuccessFactors EC and manage on-premise to cloud integrations. You guide HR digitalization from SF deployment to ServiceNow integration, while coordinating external partners and internal stakeholders. You will deepen HR IT expertise and apply it to modern cloud solutions in a dynamic, global rollout context. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping HR IT transformations across Europe.

• Lead the international rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) in Lidl countries
• Bridge SAP HCM PA/OM with SF EC, coordinating on-premise and cloud integrations
• Guide HR digitalization from SF implementation to ServiceNow integration
• Manage external partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring quality and performance of solutions
• Deepen HR IT expertise across modules (PA, OM, PY, PT) and translate into cloud contexts

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or Business Administration or comparable IT-focused qualification
• Strong SAP HCM knowledge: PA/OM, backend data structures
• Ideally experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Project or consulting experience with partner management
• Willingness to drive rollouts in a global, dynamic environment
• Ability to communicate precisely in German and English
