In this role you will drive growth for Lodgify in Italy by delivering localized content and nurturing the host community. You will create short-form video content, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage AI tools to accelerate marketing efforts. You’ll execute content plans across blogs, newsletters, and social channels, while building authentic relationships with Italian hosts. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position with a clear path to contribute to regional growth and engagement.

• Create and front short-form video content for the Italian market, on-camera, and collaborate with the Barcelona team
• Execute localized content plans across blog, newsletter, and social channels with SEO/GEO optimization
• Nurture the Italian host community across social channels, groups, and local forums
• Coordinate and host community activations and regional events (webinars, meetups, creator collaborations)
• Use AI tools and build automations (e.g. N8n) to accelerate content and community work
• Support broader regional growth initiatives across events, CRM lifecycle, and marketing experiments
• Track and report channel performance and keep tracking tools up to date

• ~1–2 years' experience in marketing (content, social, community or field marketing)
• Native Italian fluency and professional English skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; empathetic and relationship-building
• Comfort appearing on camera with engaging presence
• Solid Italian copywriting with basic SEO/GEO understanding
• Tech-savvy with enthusiasm for AI and building simple workflows
• Familiarity with marketing tools (CRM/HubSpot, CMS/WordPress & Webflow, Notion, basic video editing)
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, proactive and collaborative
• Data-literate with ability to interpret metrics with guidance
