Descripción del empleo
Carrots is a fast-moving studio building and scaling consumer subscription apps. We’re hiring an Influencer Marketing Intern to help turn creator partnerships into a real growth channel for our apps.
You’ll find relevant influencers, reach out to them, help close collaborations and keep campaigns moving—from the first DM to the content going live.
You’ll report directly to our Head of Marketing, learning how to run creator campaigns with real briefs, real budgets and measurable results.
You don’t need years of experience. You do need to be organized, comfortable starting conversations and someone who follows through.
⚠ READ THIS FIRST — Apply only if you meet this:
- Eligibility: You’re currently studying at a university in Spain (ideally in or near Barcelona) and can sign a "convenio de prácticas". This position is open exclusively for internship agreements.
If you’re not sure whether your university can provide one, please confirm with them before applying, as we’ll automatically filter out candidates who can’t meet this requirement.
Otherwise, feel free to check out our other junior roles on the Carrots Lab LinkedIn page › Jobs where a "convenio" isn’t required.
⭐ WHAT YOU’LL OWN — Your Mission
- Help us build a network of creators who are a strong fit for our apps—and turn those relationships into well-executed campaigns.
- You’ll become the day-to-day contact for your assigned creators, keeping conversations, briefs, deadlines and deliverables organized. Our Head of Marketing will guide your priorities, support negotiations and approve campaign commitments.
- This is a partnerships and campaign coordination role. You won’t be expected to be an influencer yourself, edit every video or manage our company’s social media accounts.
WHAT YOU’LL DO — Day-to-Day
- Find the right creators. Research TikTok, Instagram and YouTube to identify influencers whose content, audience and style fit our apps. Look beyond follower counts.
- Start conversations and follow up. Send personalized DMs and emails, explain the collaboration clearly, answer questions and keep promising conversations moving.
- Help close collaborations. Discuss rates, deliverables and timelines within approved budgets and templates. Bring agreements to the Head of Marketing for final approval.
- Coordinate campaigns. Share briefs, organize onboarding, collect drafts, coordinate feedback and follow up so content goes live as agreed.
- Keep everything organized. Maintain a clear tracker of contacts, conversations, agreements, deadlines, content links, usage permissions and payment status.
- Learn from results. Help compile campaign performance, identify creators worth working with again and suggest improvements to our outreach, briefs and collaboration process.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE — First 90 Days
- You’ve built a relevant creator pipeline and helped move collaborations from first contact to published content.
- Your assigned campaigns are organized: creators know what’s expected, deadlines are tracked and blockers are raised early.
- You can explain what’s working—which outreach gets replies, which creators deliver and what we should try next—with support from the marketing team.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE — Hard Requirements
- Internship eligibility and Barcelona availability, as outlined above.
- Strong English communication. You can write clear, natural messages and communicate professionally with creators.
- Organization and follow-through. You can keep track of multiple conversations, commitments and deadlines without losing the details.
- Social awareness and initiative. You understand TikTok and Instagram, enjoy discovering creators and are comfortable reaching out to people you haven’t met.
You should also be comfortable using spreadsheets and willing to learn basic campaign metrics.
Previous influencer marketing experience is not required. We’re hiring for potential, communication and ownership—not a long CV.
NICE-TO-HAVE — Great to See
- Experience with a student association, brand collaboration, personal project, sales, customer service or social media account.
- Familiarity with creator platforms, affiliate marketing or campaign reporting is a bonus. So is an interest in mobile apps and consumer technology.
HOW WE WORK
- You’ll work directly with our Head of Marketing and collaborate with the growth and creative teams.
- Expect clear priorities, regular feedback and progressively more responsibility as you learn. You’ll have guidance on creator selection, outreach, negotiation and campaign execution—not just a target and an inbox.
- High speed. High standards. Clear communication. Ask early, follow through and learn fast.
WHAT WE OFFER (Compensation & Benefits)

- Executive Workspace & Tech: Private offices at Norrsken House Barcelona (with complimentary membership) and a generous €5,000 EUR budget for professional home-office equipment.
