At Medland Spain, we are looking for a Telephone Sales Representative for the Norwegian market. If you are passionate about sales, client relations, and want to grow in the real estate sector by managing clients interested in purchasing properties in Spain, we want to meet you!

What will be your mission?

• Contact and qualify inbound leads from Norwegian market clients interested in buying real estate in Spain.
• Understand their needs, resolve their initial inquiries, and add value from the early stages of the process.
• Schedule and coordinate in-person property visits in Spain with the sales team.
• Use and update the CRM system for rigorous tracking of each sales opportunity.

What do we offer?

• Work Arrangement: Full-time position, primarily remote, with access to offices in Torrevieja or Marbella.
• Compensation Package: Fixed base salary supplemented by an attractive direct commission plan for closed sales and event participation.
• Qualified Leads: You will work directly with contacts generated by marketing (inbound), with no need for cold prospecting.
• Development and Training: Collaborative environment with continuous training in the Real Estate sector.

What we ask of you:

• Native or bilingual level of Norwegian.
• High / professional level of English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in telephone sales, telemarketing, or similar commercial roles.
• Communication skills, empathy, and a customer- and results-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer skills and experience using CRM systems.
• Previous experience in the real estate sector will be positively valued. Xqziphu
