AREA DESCRIPTION:

She/He will be part of the different  technology development team which is creating new services and its evolution in Telefonica platforms.
• Netcraker technology designing the new services in the full stack platform
• NSO (CISCO Technology) to develop automation service configuration

MISSION:

Software development to support Telefonica strategy to agile service creation and process automation using software technologies as Netcracker, NSO (Cisco) and microfocus orchestration

MAIN DUTIES:

• Developing software programs in the Telco environment.
• Scripting looking for events, logs, reports that can identify wrong performance or risky situation that can affect to the services.
• Implement programs to fire alarms that prevent service outage.
• OSS tools knowledge in order to create automatism that can avoid technician action to solve incidence or avoid simple troubleshooting.
• Identify cost savings automations.
• Define preventives procedure.
• Reporting & Operations Transformation to Data Driven policies.
