We are looking for people who can make a tangible positive impact in delivering breakthrough innovation in Research & Development to transform and add value, not only to our Company but the industry itself.

We are a technology team of a fast growing IoT Company and we now have the opportunity for a Team Leader in our Technology Hub in Madrid. The Team Leader will be part of our IT Business Platforms developing solutions for our internal costumers (Marketing-Client). In this context, you will have the opportunity to participate in the creation of a new area from scratch. Furthermore you will get a cross functional overview of our company business because you will manage our entire Product’s Portfolio and our Marketing Costumers Portfolio too.

Main Responsibilities:

  • In the IT department, act as head / team leader of the people in their business areas:
    • Managing people for projects, capacity analysis, planning.
    • Delivering training and mentoring the team members (Lead a team and take responsibility for its success and improvement)
    • Define Team objectives.
    • Managing dependencies across multiple projects.
  • Responsible for the interlocution and management with the business areas: Marketing Customer.
  • Understand and rationalize business needs, helping to prioritize them and negotiating based on the IT budget.
  • Supported by his/her team, this person will be responsible for achieving deadlines, budget, scope and quality of the initiatives agreed with the client.
  • Define in the short and medium term the strategy, in terms of hiring suppliers, based on the company's guidelines and the area of ​​economic control in IT.
  • Be aware of the issues that affect the O & M (vision e2e) in their business platforms, guaranteeing the management of problems.
Requisitos

Required Qualifications:

  • Economics, Computer Engineering / Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 4-5 years of:
    • Project implementation consulting
    • Participating in the complete project life cycle
    • Management of suppliers
    • Economic project management
    • Proven experience in team management
    • Level of English: B2 or higher
    • Ability to manage daily customer relationship.
  • Knowledge of the nature of their clients' business and be able to their language.
  • Knowledge (at least high level) of the architecture of the applications on their platforms.
  • Technological knowledge of Product Catalogue, CRM, NBA, NPS and Services in Cloud.
  • Highly efficient in resource planning and tasks assignment.

Preferred Qualifications

Will be a plus:

  • PMP or Scrum certification.
  • Previous experience as a business partner in areas such as Marketing.
