We’re looking for a Content Operations & Curation Intern to join the ERIKALUST team.

This role is ideal for someone interested in film, culture, sexuality, representation, and digital platforms, combining hands-on content operations with curation, research, and audience insights.

What you’ll do

• Support day-to-day website and catalogue quality checks.
• Prepare film profiles, assets, labels, metadata, and performer information.
• Support festival research, submissions, and internal tracking.
• Research new curation opportunities.
• Help analyse movie performance and focus group insights.
• Assist with operational tasks related to B2B sales and content licensing.

Who we’re looking for

Ideally a Master’s student, although strong undergraduate candidates are also welcome.

Relevant backgrounds include:

• Film Studies
• Gender Studies
• Media & Communications
• Arts & Culture
• Visual Communications

You’re fluent in English, highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and curious about how curation and content presentation shape the user experience.

A plus

Familiarity with ERIKALUST, an interest in independent film and sex-positive cultural discourse, and experience with tools such as Notion, spreadsheets, CMS platforms, or FilmFreeway. Any additional language is a bonus!

Part-time internship: 20 hours/week
