We're hiring! HR Specialist Admin Intern -

Are you looking to start or grow your career in Human Resources, with a particular interest in HR Administration and Payroll?
Our HR Spain team is looking for an HR Admin Specialist Intern to join us and play a key role in supporting our HR operations.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who already has a background or academic experience in HR and payroll and wants to develop their expertise in a dynamic, international environment.
What will you be responsible for?
• Take the lead on monthly payroll processes and payroll updates
• Manage employee joiners and leavers, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
• Support the preparation and management of employment contracts
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate HR administrative processes and ensure deadlines are met
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners on payroll and employee administration
We're looking for someone who:
• Has a background in Human Resources, Payroll or HR Administration
• Is organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working with sensitive information
• Has a proactive and hands-on approach
* B2 English
• Is interested in developing strong expertise in HR operations
• Enjoys working in an international and fast-paced environment
