Experteer Overview As a Clinical Research Associate at Medpace, you contribute to the development of pharmaceuticals and medical devices by supporting site management and data integrity. You will engage in site qualification, monitoring, and regulatory activities that ensure compliant, high-quality trials. Compensaciones / Beneficios

• Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits in line with the protocol
• Communicate with site staff including coordinators and physicians
• Verify investigator qualifications, training, facilities, and resources
• Verify medical records and source data against case report forms and ensure adherence to GCP and SOPs
• Ensure enrolling only eligible subjects and perform regulatory document reviews
• Manage device/investigational product/drug accountability and inventory
• Review adverse events and related data for accuracy and compliance
• Assess site recruitment/retention and suggest improvements
• Prepare monitoring reports and follow-up letters with notable findings and recommended actions

Responsabilidades

• Minimum university degree in a health or life science related field
• Approximately 60-80% travel
• Proficient Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong time management
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish
