Were growing our European Hub in Barcelona and looking for ambitious, energetic people to join us as Junior Sales Recruiters in the world of Technology Recruitment.

We care much more about your attitude, ambition and resilience than your previous job title. If youve worked in sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, fundraising, call centres or any other target-driven environment, wed love to hear from you.

What will you do?

Youll learn how to build relationships with both clients and technology professionals, develop new business opportunities and manage the recruitment process from first contact to offer.

Your day-to-day will include:

* Business development and outbound calls

* Building relationships with clients and candidates

* Identifying and engaging technology professionals

* Working towards and exceeding targets

* Closing deals and earning uncapped commission

What are we looking for?

Someone who is:

* A great communicator

Italian at native/C2 level + good English is required.

The way we work

We believe in a mix of flexibility and face-to-face collaboration.

Youll be expected to work from our coworking space at Attico on Passeig de Gràcia at least 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely on the other days.
