Responsibilities:

Support product on-boarding To-Dos on e-comm platforms, maintain and update product listing, refresh digital assets and copies regularly;
Monitor daily operational metrics, provide data-driven insights to stakeholders;
Manage PSI report for online business, analyse and keep on track key indicators as inventory, sales, turnover rate, etc.
Other finance/billing works, including but not limited to uploading invoices/CNs and track the status, reconciliation with suppliers and clients;

Requirements:

Enrolled at a Spanish university, major in a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in business administration, finance or a similar field of study;
Proficient in Spanish and Chinese;
Good knowledge of MS office, especially Excel.
Can work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams, departments and levels;
Structured way of working, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
