ROLE
As a trainee IT Recruitment Consultant (internship), you will receive great training and support to become a fully-fledged networker in the IT sector.
The role of an IT recruitment Consultant is one of the most challenging in the sector. You will start focusing on the professionals, making interviews and summaries, and expecting to develop into one of the most influential IT consultants in the sector, assuming commercial and consultancy roles.

PERSON
The key characteristics of a good IT recruitment consultant are hardworking, tenacious, ambitious, self-motivated, bright, and competitive - not necessarily in that order!
You are probably a graduate or of graduate caliber, would consider yourself a good team player, and probably possess an outgoing personality and good sense of humor. Any commercial work experience in a sales or equivalent is a huge advantage.
You will be trained in how to do the job but a company cannot give you the right attitude which is the most important trait to possess.
PACKAGE
