Logistics Intern

Are you studying Industrial Engineering or Business Administration and have a strong interest in Supply Chain & Logistics? This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and start building your career in an international environment.

Location: Alcobendas (Madrid)

Duration: 6 months

✨ What you’ll be involved in

• Scheduling appointments with freight carriers and customer warehouses
• Processing and verifying shipping documentation
• Maintaining inbound and outbound shipment records
• Supporting daily warehouse activities and inventory stocktakes
• Coordinating with other departments (sales, engineering, etc.) to ensure smooth logistics operations

What we’re looking for

• Degree or ongoing studies in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
• Strong interest in Supply Chain and Logistics
• English level B2 or C1
• Good command of Microsoft Excel
• Willingness to learn ERP / WMS systems
• Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and proactive attitude
• No previous experience required
