Madrid (Calle Cronos) | Permanent Contract | Employed by Tenth Revolution Group | 100% Onsite

At Tenth Revolution Group, we are currently looking for a Junior IT Support Technician to join a project with one of our clients, a company specializing in IT infrastructure, systems support, and technology solutions for Point of Sale (POS) and Self-Checkout environments used by organizations within the retail sector.

This role is ideal for a junior IT professional looking to gain hands-on experience in Support and Infrastructure while following a clear career path toward Systems Administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incidents using ticketing systems.
• Provide technical support to end users.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and workstations.
• Assist with the administration and maintenance of IT systems.
• Monitor systems and support operational activities.
• Work with Linux environments (primarily CentOS and Red Hat).
• Follow security and maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure service continuity.

Requirements

• IT-related education (ASIR, SMR, IT Vocational Training, Bootcamp, or similar).
• Approximately 6 to 18 months of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Service Desk, or Systems Support.
• Basic Linux knowledge.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools.
• English level B1/B2.
• Spanish C/C2
• Strong interest in developing a career in Systems Administration and Infrastructure.

• Previous onsite or remote support experience
