Weekendesk is the leading online travel agency for weekend sales and thematic breaks. We are a young and growing company with presence in France, Benelux, Italy and Spain. With 65 million euros per year of invoicing, our company is in full growth. Therefore, we seek to incorporate into the Operations Team in the offices of Barcelona, a Back-Office agent, in support of the Accounting and Commercial Departments.
Functions to be developed:
1.Billing and collection management tasks:
Billing support with direct link to the hotel (sending invoices to the hotel,verification of cancellation and refunds).
Verification of payments made to the hotel.
Incident management and payment follow-up.
2. Management and follow up of requests:
Management of daily requests and weekly reporting
Work together with the Accounting and Customer Service department for the monitoring of cases

Requirements:
Higher studies in administration, accounting or similar
Valuable experience in accounting departments
Priority detection capability
Skills for teamwork, with a great capacity for organization and proactivity
Excellent communication and writing skills

Languages: High level of English + Spanish OR French
We offer:
6 month internship
Office in the center of Barcelona
500€/month net
Monday-Friday from 9am to 6pm
