Real Estate trainee

• Participation in origination, analysis and execution of structured financing transactions:
• Screen potential transactions;
• Perform debt capacity analysis;
• Produce pitches and review relevant company information;
• Prepare all internal credit documentation.
• Strong involvement in transaction follow-up activity:
• Analyze of periodic financial information;
• Prepare internal notes to review the performance of the Project/Company;
• Prepare all internal credit follow-up process, including rating assessment and profitability calculation.

Qualifications/Education required:

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering.
• Solid financing and analytical skills, including:
• Accounting principles and international accounting standards
• Hard worker and team player;
• High communications skills: verbally and written;
• High learning capacity (and willingness)

Skills and knowledge requirements:

High proficiency on Excel, Word y PowerPoint.
