Job Purpose

The SAP SD Consultant plays a key role in enhancing and supporting TD SYNNEX's global SAP landscape. This role combines deep SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) expertise with strong business partnership skills to optimize Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, deliver system enhancements, and support strategic transformation will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and global colleagues across the full solution lifecycle—from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, deployment, and support—while also identifying opportunities to leverage AI-driven capabilities within the SAP ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• SAP Solution Delivery & Support: Lead the implementation of SAP SD functionalities across all project phases, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support. Provide support for existing SAP template functionality and ensure system stability.
• Business Collaboration & Process Optimization: Partner with business stakeholders to understand commercial and operational requirements. Balance standard SAP capabilities with innovative solutions that drive efficiency and business value. Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
• Knowledge Leadership & Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional SAP teams, including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Technology teams. Contribute to global project initiatives and best-practice sharing across regions.
• Innovation & AI Enablement: Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation within SAP Sales & Distribution processes. Support the implementation of AI-driven use cases across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle. Contribute to TD SYNNEX's digital transformation strategy through innovative technology solutions.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• 5-7 years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant or in a similar ERP consulting role.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions.
• Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes and their integration with SAP.
• Experience working within SAP ECC 6.7 environments is required.
• Experience with AI, automation, or intelligent process optimization within ERP environments is an advantage.
• Fluent English is required;
• Hybrid work (2 days a week at the office)
