Electrical Procurement Trainee

Responsibilities

• Market Screening & Supplier Management
• Follow up and revisit trends and forecast, where applicable (categories and/or markets) identifying risks and opportunities.
• Procurement Process support, on:
  • RFP drafting - Definition and Execution of the terms/requirements
  • Bidder list definition and pre-qualification process
  • Coordination of technical inputs according to project deadlines
  • Support on commercial negotiation (i.e contracts)
  • Proposal assessment (i.e technical – compliance assessment)
  • Support on the awarding recommendation following project and Company requirements
  • Others

Requirements

• University degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related is required.
• Written and verbal English communication skills (B1)
• Ability to work under pressure

Demonstrates expertise in procurement processes, including RFP drafting, bidder pre-qualification, and commercial negotiation. Proficient in market screening and supplier management, with strong analytical skills to identify risks and opportunities.
