Tiktok Intern (unpaid for 1 month, then paid)

We're a fast-growing DTC supplements brand and we spend real money on Facebook and Instagram every day. Static image ads are a big part of what we run, and we need two people making them.

The role

You will help produce and publish TikTok output: video editing, captions, hooks, posting, and watching the numbers closely enough to say something useful about them. You will also be expected to have opinions about what is working on the platform this week, because it changes faster than any strategy document.

The terms, plainly. The first month is unpaid and remote, with hours agreed up front. That month is the trial. At the end of it we sit down, and if the work is good you keep going with us and we talk about what that looks like. If it is not working we will tell you straight rather than let it drift. What we are not doing is running a one-month placement and waving goodbye. We want you to stay.

What the two months look like

• Week 1. Learn the account, the rules, and what has already worked. Edit and publish your first pieces.
• Weeks 2-3. Own a posting slot. Write your own hooks, test them, report what happened.
• Week 4. A short teardown of the whole run: what worked, what died, and what you would do next.

What happens after the first month

• We review together. Honestly, with the work in front of us.
• If it is working, you carry on and we discuss terms. That is the outcome we are aiming for.
• If it is not, we say so plainly and you leave with everything you made and a reference that reflects the work.

What we will judge

• Volume. You shipped consistently rather than occasionally.
• Quality. We want things that work.
• You can explain why one video beat another without saying the algorithm.
• At least one hook of yours got reused because it worked.

What you bring

• You actually use TikTok and can name what is working right now.
• Editing. CapCut or similar. Fast and competent beats cinematic.
• You write hooks and know the first second decides it.
• Reliable hours, agreed up front.

Bonus

• You have grown an account, even a small one.
• On-camera comfort. Not necessary tho.
• Any health, fitness or supplement interest.
