Our Madrid operations provide critical, high-impact support to the US business. We are currently recruiting motivated, entry-level professionals and recent graduates to join our fast-growing team in Spain.

The Role: What You Will Do

As a Real Estate Analyst (Appraisals) you will fully own and manage a designated portfolio of US states, driving the property appraisal lifecycle:

• Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of property appraisal orders across the US.
• Vendor Negotiation: Identify, engage, and negotiate competitive fees and timelines with top-tier American appraisers.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between US lenders, borrowers, and appraisers.
• Quality Control: Validate completed appraisals, ensuring top-notch quality before financial deployment.

Candidate Profile: Who Are We Looking For?

This is an ideal role for ambitious recent graduates looking to launch an international career in FinTech:

• Education: Recently completed Undergraduate or Master’s degree (ideally in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related fields) with a strong academic record.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional work experience (including relevant internships).
• Languages: 100% Fluent in English. All professional duties, meetings, and written communication are executed exclusively in English with our US offices.
• Skills: A proactive problem-solver, results-oriented, with a strong interest in real estate and global macroeconomic trends.
