We are looking for an Investment Operations Manager whosemain responsibilities will be:

·      Maintaining relationshipwith partners, heading meetings and agreeing on necessary improvements tocomply with Ing´s service and quality standards.

·      Employee management:Leading and coordinating a team with the aim of achieving excellence.

·      Taking part ininvestment projects, defining requirements and following up and implementingprojects. In addition, perform a control and measurement of process to locateimprovements.

·      Budget control.

We are looking for candidates with the followingrequirements:

·       Bachelor´s Degree.

·       Good knowledge of  investment products (mutual funds pension plan and e-brokerage )

·       Good skills to collaboratewith different areas

·       At least  5 year experience in operations area

·       Knowledge in digitalprocesses

·       Result and customeroriented.

·       High level of English.
