Sales Support Executive

Asendia Europe is looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our team in Madrid.

In this role, you will provide day-to-day commercial support to our Business Development and Customer Success teams across Asendia’s eCommerce, Press and Mail solutions.

You will play a key role in ensuring that commercial activities are supported by accurate documentation, reliable data and consistent processes, working closely with colleagues across different European markets and functions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial documentation in collaboration with the Commercial team.
• Support tender responses, quotations and pricing requests.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity and pricing data in CRM.
• Ensure the consistent use of standard commercial templates, tools and processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the effective execution of commercial activities.
• Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to Business Development and Customer Success teams.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of accuracy, efficiency and service across the commercial function.

About you

We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and comfortable working in an international environment.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in sales support, commercial administration, sales operations or a similar position.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• A structured, proactive and service-oriented approach.
• Experience working with CRM systems and reporting/documentation tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
• Fluency in Spanish, Italian and English, written and spoken.
• Knowledge of additional languages would be highly desirable.
• Confidence working in a multicultural and international environment.
