About the Company

Tetr College of Business is an immersive Undergraduate and Master's institution designed to cultivate the next generation of business leaders and entrepreneurs. With a strong focus on experiential learning, industry immersion, and a future-forward curriculum, we equip students with the skills and mindset needed to thrive in the dynamic global business landscape.


About the Role

Be the front line of the student experience across Shanghai, Dubai, and Madrid, supporting students as they build real ventures in live global markets.


Responsibilities

  • Run the day-to-day engine that keeps the programme seamless logistics, schedules, and cohort operations, flawlessly executed.
  • Act as the go-to person for students' academic, personal, and cultural journeys, building trust across a diverse global cohort.
  • Drive vibrant community experiences through events and cultural exchange, while owning student records and communication with precision.
  • Partner cross-functionally for a consistent experience across geographies, using feedback to keep students supported and set up to succeed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Development, or a related discipline.


Required Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in student experience, student affairs, residential education, programme leadership, community building, or events management.
  • Strong organisational skills, managing documentation, trackers, logistics, and operational processes, while staying calm under pressure with a dynamic workload.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an understanding of the challenges international students face adjusting to new environments.
  • Willingness to travel and live across Shanghai, Dubai, and Madrid throughout the academic year, with prior experience living or working in China, Spain, UAE, or a comparable environment.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting multicultural or internationally distributed programmes.
  • Familiarity with student conduct processes and behavioural intervention frameworks.
