We are a technology team of a fast growing IoT Company and we now have the opportunity for a Corporate Backoffice systems Team Leader in our Technology Hub in Madrid. The Corporate Backoffice systems Team Leader will be part of our IT Business Platforms developing solutions for our internal costumers (Central Services). In this context, you will have the opportunity to develop your professional career working with a large and heterogeneous number of applications and having contact with a high variety of business areas (Administration, Legal Advice and Corporate Communication) across the countries: Iberia, Latam, Italy and UK.

Main Responsibilities:

• In IT department, act as head / team leader of the resources in their business areas:
  • Managing resources for projects, capacity analysis, planning.
  • Delivering training and mentoring to team members (Lead a team and take responsibility for its success and improvement)
  • Define Team objectives.
  • Managing dependencies across multiple projects.
• Responsible for the interlocution and management with the business areas: Administration, Legal Advice and Corporate Communication, being this responsibility very important for us.
• Understand and rationalize business needs, helping to prioritize them and negotiating based on the IT budget.
• Supported by his/her team, this person will be responsible for achieving deadlines, budget, scope and quality of the initiatives agreed with the client.
• Define in the short and medium term the strategy, in terms of hiring suppliers, based on the company's guidelines and the area of ​​economic control in IT.
• Be aware of the issues that affect the O & M (vision e2e) in their business platforms, guaranteeing the management of problems.

Required Qualifications:

• Economics Computer Engineering / Bachelor's Degree
• At least 4-5 years of:
  • Project implementation consulting
  • Participating in the complete project life cycle
  • Management of suppliers
  • Economic project management
  • Proven experience in team management
  • Level of English: B1 or higher
  • Ability to manage daily customer relationship.
• Knowledge of the nature of their clients' business and be able to their language.
• Knowledge (at least high level) of the architecture of the applications on their platforms.
• Highly efficient in resource planning and tasks assignment.

Preferred Qualifications

Will be a plus:

• PMP or Scrum certification
• Previous experience as a business partner in areas such as financial or legal
• Technological knowledge of Microsoft environments (.net and SQL)
