Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Product Owner to join our Surfing Account squad of Daily Banking & Savings Tribe

The responsibility of this team is to give an outstanding service to the transactional customers, as well as develop them towards MPB. In addition, there are added value services such as travel plan, Global Exchange, Tax Down or overdraft, that we want to offer in the best way to our customers, to increase their engagement and satisfaction with the bank.

Your key responsibilities:

As a PO of Surfing Account you will:

- Together to the BL and the Tribe Lead define the strategy to achieve the Tribe Goals

- Manage the backlog aligned with the strategy

- Contributing to the developing of our customers, by offering added value services that they can contract and promoting that they bring their payroll to become into Mobile Primary Bank

- Continuos follow up of different campaigns, hand by hand with MK and CI

- Designing communication strategy in order to increase the penetration in the different services

- Having the operative and financial risk under control, according with the internal and external regulatory framework

- Leading our partners relationship, ensuring a smooth communication

- Building strong and healthy communication with all the ING Stakeholders to reach our goals

- Increase the customer satisfaction, managing the Voice of the Customers and proposing improvements

- At least 5 experience-years leading teams and/or projects

- Deep knowledge of ING products and procesess (both from a customer point of view and internal point of view)

- Demonstrated experience managing commercial campaigns

- Experience leading initiatives that involve external and internal stakeholders

- Analytical mindset

- Strong communication skills in spanish and english

- Adaptation capability to changing environment

- Customer orientation
