We are seeking a product-minded hacker able to launch Aura product features in Germany to enhance and scale our platform in order to meet the coming challenges. 

MISSION

• Pitching to business units (product vision & product strategy)
• Help to influence the Global Aura Roadmap
• Roadmap execution, Delivery & Launch (Go-To Market and Marketing activities) in OBs (or big corps)
• Shape the Local Product (local use cases, etc) within the Local CDO GOvernance using Global Platform components to build use cases
• KPI monitoring to reach the goals

RESPONSABILITIES

• Main single point of contact for Aura (Global Team) regarding Germany OB
• Has ability to set and manage business priorities from the OB, mixing as well Corporate Strategi priorities, to create a Product Roadmap for Aura in the country.
• Collaborates with technical leaders to achieve the goals defined in the roadmap: focus on Execution
• Participates in analysis sessions with team members and global and local stakeholders and document the functional and business requirements.
• Develops and communicate strategy to global areas, countries’ business units and project team
• Sets Product KPIs and monitor the evolution (active listening mode) to react properly (with marketing actions, retraining, new use cases, etc) to meet the yearly defined goals and KPIs
• Maintains awareness of new and emerging use cases and the potential application on client engagements.
  

NATURE OF THE PROBLEMS

The main challenge is how to conciliate OB local needs and features, with Global roadmap developments, which needs to undersatand not a particular OB but the whole list of Obs demanding features. Also, he/she needs to put in the mix the strategic value proposition features of Aura, that also needs to be included in all Local Roadmaps. Managing timeframes, releases and dependancies is another type of challenge.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills able to clearly enunciate facts, ideas and plans in order to evangelize, influence, inspire and motivate varied audiences
• Highly motivated, action-orientated, yet pragmatic approach to business leadership within a complex, matrices corporate environment
• Lean approach to SW development, Agile/SCRUM experience
• Innovation skills: passion, tolerance to ambiguity/uncertainty and strategic execution
• Customer focus – end user and internal customer
  

TECH KNOWLEDGE

Experience working with the technologies bellow: 

• BOTs, cognitive services, AI
• Big data & analytics, data science technologies.
• Backend integrations through API or Web services

Data driven and strive for technological excellence

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• 2 years proven Product Management experience:
  • Value proposition definition and pitching
  • Priorization (including negotiation)
  • Roadmap execution, Delivery & Launch (Go-To Market and Marketing activities) in OBs (or big corps)
• Experience working initially with programme management orientation
  

EDUCATION

• Education: B.Sc in Computer Science; Telecomms; Mathematics or any other similar field
