360° IT Recruitment Consultant - Dutch Speakers

Languages: Fluent Dutch and English (French is a plus)

What you’ll do (we train you from scratch)

This is a 360° role, mixing sales, recruitment, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients via calls, emails and social selling
• Pitch recruitment solutions to decision‑makers
• Negotiate commercial terms
• Manage pressure, targets and multiple priorities
• Build long‑term partnerships across the Benelux market
• Interview and advise candidates on their careers
• Match talent with client needs
• Build trust on both client and candidate sides
• Act as a career partner, not just a salesperson
