Marketing & Operations Assistant (Freelance, Part-time)

Remote, Flexible Hours, Free Theater Classes

Act Attack is a vibrant international school offering acting and improv classes in English across Europe. We're a growing creative community, and we're looking for a freelance assistant to join our remote team, get real hands on experience in marketing and operations, and grow with us.

What You'll Be Doing

Marketing & Social

• Managing and scheduling ready-made content on social media to boost visibility

• Updating product listings on marketing platforms

• Supporting CRM work in Airtable and Brevo

• Supporting Whatsapp B2C communication (optional)

• Helping with WordPress updates, class schedules and UX/UI (optional)

Operations & Community (as you grow into the role)

• Supporting class schedules online and coordinating with studios and teachers

• Helping keep CRM and spreadsheets organized (registrations, contacts, schedules)

• Reaching out to potential collaborators and local communities (coworking spaces, expat groups, event pages)

Who You Are

✅ Fluent in English, written and spoken

✅ Organized, proactive and creative

✅ Basic marketing knowledge or studies

✅ WordPress, Airtable or Brevo experience is a plus, not a requirement, we're happy to teach

✅ A great fit whether this is your first freelance role or you're already registered and looking for extra hours

✅ Eager to learn and contribute in a fun, artistic environment

✅ Available to start soon (minimum 2 months)
