What You Will Learn & Do as a Kitchen Trainee:

• Assist chefs in the preparation of ingredients and basic cooking tasks
• Support in the mise en place for daily service
• Learn proper food preparation techniques and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and informing supervisors of shortages
• Support the kitchen team during service and high-volume periods
• Help in the preparation of dishes for events and banquets
• Learn and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the kitchen

What are we looking for?

• A current student related to Culinary Arts or Gastronomy
• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Available for a 6-month full-time internship
• Able to sign a collaboration agreement with your school
• Legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in a university approved for internships within the EU
