• Ensure that every call, email, and meeting leaves our patients happy!
• Engage with our patients and build a connection to keep them excited about their
  journey to a perfect smile.
• Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service through different channels such as video and audio, emails, SMS, WhatsApp, and live chat.
• Make calls, book and confirm appointments, and follow up with patients.
• Explain our product and guide customers through the process and timelines.
• Clarify requirements and help our patients complete documentation as needed.
• Proactively recognize and report trends and potential weaknesses.
• Contribute to the improvement of our products and processes.
• Help create solutions to enhance the customer journey.
• Work with your teammates to foster a positive and energetic atmosphere.
• Self-motivation and a hunger for success. Never accept results lower than "Impressive".
• Lead by example and never stop improving.
