ITTF ARCHITECTURE

ITTF Architecture is a vital part of the BNP Paribas IT Group, operating within IT Transversal and Functions. Our primary responsibility is to ensure that all IT programs, projects, and initiatives align seamlessly with the strategic objectives of ITTF (IT Transversal and Functions).This includes:

• Architecture process support
• Application portfolio management
• Tooling and project management

This role sits in support of the IT Transversal & Functions Iberian platform in Madrid and reports to the Madrid ITTF Architecture Manager, with a functional reporting line into the ITTF Cloud Lead in Paris.
ABOUT THE JOB

MISSION

As theCloud Transformation & Governance Officer, you will support two key strategic initiatives:

M2C (Move to Cloud) Programme Accelerating the migration of applications from legacy infrastructure todMZR(BNP Paribas' private cloud, powered by IBM).

GTS (Growth Technology Sustainability) Reporting Producing quarterly KPIs on application hosting distribution across six infrastructure types.

This role isbased in Madridbut collaborates closely with teams inParis and across the BNP Paribas IT ecosystem.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Data Management & Stakeholder Coordination

• Maintain and update anExcel-based tracking systemfor410 ITTF applications, ensuring accuracy for OCP (Open Cloud Platforms) and GTS reporting.
• Adapt tracking tools toevolving OCP requirements and GTS definitions.
• Engage withApplication Owners(via Teams/email) to validate data and gather updates.

2. M2C Programme Monitoring (ITTF Scope)

• Monthly:
  • Track60+ migration projects, monitoring progress, blockers, and timelines.
  • Review and update theprioritization of 180 dMZR-eligible applications.
  • Collaborate withOCPto align on migration status and next steps.
• Quarterly: Deliver updated data ondMZR-eligible applicationsto OCP for strategic decision-making.

3. GTS KPI Production

• Generateinfrastructure-related GTS KPIsfor ITTF's quarterly reporting, ensuring compliance with BNP Paribas' sustainability and growth objectives.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Technical & Functional Competencies:

• Solid understanding ofapplication development, cloud concepts, and IT infrastructure.
• Ability tointerpret, validate, and challenge technical feedbackfrom Application Owners.
• Analytical and synthesis skills.

REQUIREMENTS

Languages:

• English (mandatory fluent) Primary working language for global collaboration
• French (mandatory intermediate/advanced level) Essential for communication with French-speaking stakeholders
• BNPP Ecosystem Knowledge (a plus)
