Are you motivated by helping people, supporting them throughout their academic journey, and providing clear solutions at key moments? Do you enjoy working in dynamic environments, interacting directly with students, and collaborating with different teams?

Your main mission will be to provide administrative support by carrying out tasks related to academic management.

Our main areas of work include:

• Processing degree certificate applications for Bachelor's, Official Master's and Doctoral students.
• Handling academic transcript requests.
• Managing credit recognition and validation processes.
• Place orders in our system.
• Supporting the organization of the Bachelor's Graduation ceremony.
• Assisting in other academic processes related to Bachelor's, Official Master's and Doctoral programs.

• You have experience working in university or educational environments.
• Knowledge of platforms such as Moodle or Universitas XXI.
• You have experience working with Salesforce CRM.
• Possess strong interpersonal communication skills, as well as planning and self-management abilities.

• Permanent full-time contract.
