As a global leader in prestige beauty, we are looking for a highly motivated Online Assistant Intern to support our Online team in the flawless execution of digital strategies and campaigns across our portfolio of Fragrance brands (Jo Malone London, Tom Ford, Kilian Paris, Editions de Parfums Frederic Malle, Balmain).

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing operations within a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

About Your Responsibilities

• Assist with site checks every day: Perform daily checks on the websites to ensure all offers are correct and the sites are functioning properly. Report any issues to the Online Manager and e-merchandising team
• Assist with cross functions for eMerch: Always-on content updates and project page refreshes, Translation management, NPL: content checks and daily site walks, Refresh Validations and ALT image trnslation and renaming.
• Admin tasks: default SKU settings, OCD updates, assortment creation and updates
• CMS tasks: URL updates, quick fixes, small requests, and last-minute changes
• NET store updates
• E-partners monitoring, guidelines and support

Qualifications

• Degree in progress or recently completed in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
• Previous experience in E-commerce.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation purposes.
• Understanding of digital media and advertising platforms (experience is a plus).
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. French and German language skills are a plus.
