We are seeking an experienced Logistics Procurement Specialist which will be responsible for sourcing and managing logistics service providers across Europe, supporting inbound materials, outbound deliveries, and intercompany transportation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for ocean, air, rail, and road transportation services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and logistics partners.
• Lead logistics sourcing projects, supplier evaluations, RFQs, and commercial negotiations.
• Support transportation network optimization and logistics cost reduction initiatives.
• Monitor logistics supplier performance through defined KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and international trade requirements.
• Support warehouse sourcing and logistics infrastructure projects where required.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to improve logistics efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics procurement, transportation sourcing, or supply chain operations.
• Experience managing international transportation activities within Europe.
• Experience in manufacturing, renewable energy, automotive, battery, or industrial sectors is preferred.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and transportation regulations.
• Experience with dangerous goods transportation is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Fluent English is required.
• Spanish language skills are preferred.
