Join J.P. SELECTA – Sales Support Specialist

At J.P. SELECTA, we are expanding our team! We are a leading manufacturer of scientific and laboratory equipment with over 70 years of experience and a strong international presence.

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our International Sales Department in Abrera / Martorell (Barcelona).

What you will do

• Provide administrative support to the Export Sales team.
• Process customer orders and manage order entry in our ERP system.
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales documentation.
• Handle customer and distributor inquiries via email and phone.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer requests.
• Coordinate with logistics, production, and other internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
• Assist with pricing, discounts, and commercial documentation.
• Support after-sales activities and help resolve customer issues.

What we are looking for

• Fluent English (C1 / Business level) – essential, as it is used daily.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in sales support, customer service, or commercial administration is an advantage.
• Experience working with ERP systems is a plus.
• Technical knowledge is not mandatory

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

Monday – Thursday

• 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Friday

• 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM (continuous shift)

Summer Schedule (June, July & August)

• Continuous morning shift.
